This cosy and comfortable dwelling in Ķīpsala is an exquisite monument of Art Nouveau wooden architecture, designed by Eižens Laube and constructed in 1909 as an apartment house. Through careful renovation the original elements of the building – its windows, doors and wooden stairs – have been preserved and restored.
