The new project EDINBURGH Apartments & Lofts is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Jūrmala, Dzintari, Kalsnavas Street 2. The project consists of two interconnected buildings (2 and 5 storeys high), which house 65 apartments with one to three rooms, as well as 27 lofts. Ergonomic and functional layouts, balcony or terrace for each apartment, full decoration and quality. Apartment squares from 28.2 to 88.3 sq.m., lofts up to 153.5 sq.m. During the reconstruction of the project, high-quality materials have been used in the decoration of the buildings, highlighting the best architectural solutions of the 70s, as well as the typical 20th century architecture typical of Jūrmala.
The project is surrounded by a private, pine forest park with an area of ​​14,000 m². It will have recreational and sports infrastructure facilities, as well as a children's playground. There are 71 parking lots and a bicycle shed in the project area. Free parking is available on Meža Avenue.
