+ On the first floor - a studio type living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom (WC, shower), a wood-fired sauna, 38m2 terrace under the roof.
+ On the second floor - two rooms, one of which is walk-through.
+ Heated floors on the first floor, radiators on the second floor. Heat is provided by a pellet boiler, which you do not need to operate yourself. In additional coziness, you can heat the sauna stove (if necessary).
+ Clean drinking water from the well.
+ additional costs in summer (for electricity, water/sewerage, garbage removal) 150 eur, in winter together with heating 300 eur (fixed fee)

To the center of Riga by car about 20 minutes, to the center of Ulbroka, where there are shops, cafes, a cultural center, a secondary school, a swimming pool – 5 minutes.
